Our rigorous 7-step professional deep clean process ensures we deliver the best possible carpet cleaning results for our Leeds customers.
1. Intros and Carpet Cleaning Pre-Inspection
We'll arrive promptly at your property, do a risk assessment and talk through the cleaning process with you, offering advice and explaining the results you can expect before we start. We're always happy to answer any questions you have.

Even though you'll already have hoovered, we'll start by using our industrial-strength equipment to remove even more dust and debris before we get started.

Carpet Clean Pre-Spray
We apply a pre-spray to help break up and loosen dirt, allergens and odours. Pre-spray is done on each room's carpet as we work around the home.

Pre-Clean Carpet Agitation
Agitating the pre-spray is important to work deep into the fibres of the carpet and loosen those dirt, allergens, odors and pollutants ready for the steam clean and extraction.

Steam Clean and Extraction
Our high quality pre-spray and hot water is then pumped through your carpets deep down into the fibres and extracted with a water based solution that leaves your carpets 90% dry, feeling soft, at the correct PH level, and safe for you and your family once fully dry, within a few hours.

Spot Treatment Carpet Stain Removal
No trained, professional carpet cleaner can ever guarantee to remove every stain from your carpet (for example, fibre wear and damage can look like staining). But we can guarantee that your carpets will be fully deep cleaned and we'll work hard to achieve the very best results possible. We have the know-how, tools and products to tackle every kind of staining.
